Key Relationships
Reports to: Director of Prestige (50%) Events Manager (50%)
Responsible for: Administration and coordination within the prestige and marketing teams
Any other key relationships: Marketing and Prestige teams
Job Purpose:
·  To provide administrative and PA support to the Director of Prestige, and Prestige team
·  To provide admin support to the marketing team on tasks specified below
·  To support the Events Manager in the below areas
Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·  To raise stock orders for the prestige and marketing teams
·  To raise Point Of Sale orders for the prestige and marketing teams
·  To raise new supplier forms / Purchase Orders for the prestige and marketing teams
·  Basic asset admin – ensuring up to date logos and guidelines etc are available for both teams (2 hours / week)
PRESTIGE TEAM:
·  To provide PA support to the Director of Prestige
·  To provide administrative support to the Prestige Team
EVENTS:
·  To manage Prestige Sampling and small scale events
·  To assist with Events Manager with Larger scale Prestige Events
·  To manage adhoc charity and family events
*Not included for Events & Marketing support: Booking travel and accommodation and completing expenses (Expenses Director of Prestige only).
