Background

One Westminster is a local charity comprising 20 members of staff. With 60 years of experience operating in Westminster, we have a strong history in providing volunteer recruitment and development services and capacity building support to community organisations.

Time & Talents is the corporate engagement arm of One Westminster. We are a small, dynamic team committed to building meaningful relationships between companies and the local community. Our diverse corporate portfolio ranges from multinational finance, banking and accountancy firms, to global digital marketing and PR agencies, recruitment practices, and central government departments in Whitehall. As the Partnerships Officer, you will lead on developing existing charity partnerships and finding new opportunities for our corporate and public-sector partners. You will also build relationships with several key partners and support their community activities. In this dynamic role, you will meet and work with a huge range of organisations, meaning no two days are the same!

One Westminster has recently secured a new contract with Westminster City Council which places a strong emphasis on growing the relationship between businesses and the community. With the council, we are committed to developing our Time & Talents Programme to be the GO TO place for community engagement in Westminster.

Joining a small, dynamic team, you must be willing to go over and above expectations, support your colleagues when needed, and above all take a positive approach to a demanding role! Ultimately you will be driven by a desire to support the local community and help people in need.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in corporate partnerships, communications, volunteer management, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
