Job Title: Consultant & Client Relationship Manager

Key Function: To assistInsight Solutions across a range of projects from all sectors and provide support to ensure the needs of all clients are met in full. You will be required to support the current team achieve ambitious business development opportunities by identifying and accessing new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Location: 16a Camaghy Rd South, Galbally, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT70 2NL

Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience

Hours:22.5 hrs per week (possibility of full time position in future). Evening and weekend work may be required on some occasions so flexible approach is required.

Key Duties

As a result of increasing portfolio of contracts and exciting growth plans, Insight Solutions now seeks to appoint a talented consultant and client relationship manager. Our company wants a self-motivated and ambitious person with a commitment to high standards. We want someone that can build relationships with a range of clients including private businesses, charities, social economies, sports clubs and public-sector clients. We do not expect you to have all of the knowledge and skills necessary for this role, but you must bring a commitment to grow personally and professionally within the role and contribute to the goals of our organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities include;

  • Providing research support on a range of projects including ability to analyse data both quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Stakeholder engagement including facilitation and support to various consultation and evaluation projects.
  • Project development and project management support to a range of complex projects.
  • Development and delivery of training, advice and support to a range of clients.
  • Ongoing communication with a range of clients to keep them fully informed of progress on a range of contracts.
  • Providing support to report writingwhere applicable.
  • Providing administrative support to Insight Solutions team.
  • Working alongside other Insight Solutions Associates and Delivery Partners on joint delivery of tenders and contracts.
  • Identifying and assisting opportunities for growth and expansion though assisting with tenders and other client relationship roles.
  • Any other duties that contribute to supporting Insight Solutions achieve growth and maintain high standards.

Essential Criteria

Experience / Educational Attainments:

Candidates must have one of the following:

  1. Possession of a degree or professional qualification of an equivalent or higher standard;

OR

  1. A minimum of three years’ employment related experience, including the management of projects, relationships and delivery of key organisational outcomes.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to form strong and lasting professional relationships with clients from across a range of sectors.
  • Effective and proven project management skills, including the ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment.
  • High degree of organisational ability, self-motivation, personal initiative and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills including report writing and presentation skills.
  • The ability to establish effective links with other key private, statutory, community and voluntary sector agencies.
  • Ability to maintain effective administrative systems
  • A full driver's licence & access to a form of transport which will enable the postholder to meet the requirements of the post in full.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Flexible approach to working hours evening and weekend work is a pre-requisite within this post.
  • Undertake duties as can be reasonably expected to contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of Insight Solutions.

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge and experience of working with a range of clients from across private, public and community and voluntary sector.
