Job Profile: SAP Key User – Human Resources
Job Title: / SAP Key User – Human Resources / Main Purpose of Job (on the project)
Reports to: / SAP Business Process Leader (BPL) – Human Resources
Location: / Knockmore Hill / The SAP Wave 2 Implementation Project is a key business initiative that will fundamentally change how we conduct our business. SAP Wave 2 is a fully integrated system that will result in the standardization and streamlining of our key processes. The Key User for HR will be responsible for the standardization and deployment of HR business processes in Ireland, including process validation, testing and knowledge transfer. The Key User for HR will also be required to provide first-line support to end-users.

Main Responsibilities (on the project) / Selection Criteria (Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge)
Þ HR business processes validation
o Read and analyze standard HR process documentation. Work with the HR Team to align HR processes throughout Ireland
o Assure all legal and HR specific requirements are covered
o With the BPL, address HR process performance or integration issues and propose required adjustments
o Provide input to the HR BPL for process design sign-off.
Þ HR Master Data required for testing, training and go-live
o Select different business cases to cover tested area.
o Resolve business issues with data sourcing and conversion.
o Check migrated data against business requirements and provide input to HR BPL for Master Data sign-off.
Þ Performance system testing
o Read and analyze standard test scripts. Identify requirements for Ireland’s needs
o Perform detailed testing according to the agreed scenarios and document the results.
o Provide input to BPL for test sign-off.
Þ Transfer knowledge to end-users
o With the BPL. Customize standard HR SAP training programme for rollout in Ireland
o Develop necessary training materials, based on existing standard documentation.
o Support the training of end-users – may deliver some training, as required
Þ Build first line of support to the end-users
o Align working routines with IT on collecting and resolving end users’ enquiries, incidents and change requests
o Provide post-go-live support to end users and assure proper hand-over of first line support after project completion.

Þ Third Level business-related qualification
Þ At least 3-5 years experience in an HR Manager role
Þ Understanding of, and experience using, HR policies and procedures
Þ Ability to collect, organize and analyze information.
Þ Working knowledge of HR systems and applications
Þ Ability to learn quickly new things, readiness for changes.
Þ Very good teamwork and communication skills.
Þ IT literate.
Þ Presentation skills
Þ Ability to travel – occasional travel within Europe; weekly travel between Dublin and Lisburn / Þ CIPD qualified
Þ Experience in company-wide change management initiatives
Þ Expert user skills in applications used currently in the business area, including basic SAP skills.
Þ Experience in business process analysis, knowledge or methodology.
Þ Demonstrated ability to train others on new policies/processes
