Purpose:
Producethebestpossibleatmosphereforworshipthroughsoundandvisual reinforcement. Thisincludes,butisnotlimitedtocreatingthebestmusicmixpossible,creatinganaudiomixthatmeetsthemoodthepastorIworshipleaderwantstoconvey, andsupportingtheaudioneedsofthepeopleinvolvedwiththechurchservice,andprovidingaqualityofvisualeffectsandpresentations. Ultimately,glorifyGodthrough providingexcellentaudioservices.
Responsibilities:
- ParticipateinthecreativeplanningoftheSundayandspecialservices.
- Maintainastrongprayerbasefortheministry.
- CommunicatefaithfullywiththeLeadPastorandMusicDirectors.Participateinthelifeandministryofthechurch.
Qualifications:
- AuthenticrelationshipwithJesusChristasSaviorandLord.
- AheartforworshipingGod.
- Beingoodstandingswiththechurchandattendregularly.
- Abletoworkwithacooperativespiritinateamsetting.
- Loveandrespectforpeople.
- Senseof humorandpositiveattitude.
- Takedirectionsandcorrectionswell. Listenandfollowinstructions.
- Haveexperiencemixingaudiosuccessfullyintheliveenvironmentorwillingtoattendtrainingandworkalongsideamentor.

Tasks:
Pre-Service:
- Setupstageformusiciansorwithmusicians. Thiswouldincludemicrophonestands, microphones,musicstands,etc.
- Performproperlinecheck.
- Makesuremicrophoneshavenewbatteries.
- Performpropersoundcheck;includesgainsettings,monitormixes,propervolumesettings,andtheeq/missingprocess.
- Checkwithworshipleader,pastor,orcoordinatorforscheduleandspecialchanges.
- Checkwithspeakerstoensuretheirvolumeorotherrequestarehandledinacooperative,professionalandhelpfulmanner
- OperateEasyWorshipprogramtodisplaysoundlyrics,videosandothermediaduringservice.
- Obtainvideoclipsandplaythembeforetheservicetocheckvolumeandclarity. Havethemreadytogosothatthereisnodelayintheservice. Makesureofyourcue timesforeachvideooraudioclip.
DuringService;
Beatyourpost10minutesearlybeforeeachservice.
- Responsibleforadjustingsoundlevelsduringtheserviceasneeded. Thisincludes musicians,praiseworshipteam,speakers,peoplemakingtheannouncements, etc.

- Makesurethatmicrophonesareturnedoffontheplatform.
- Noteanybroken/faultyequipmentandtakeitoutofserviceif possible.
- Clearstageofequipmentasneeded.
- Locktheupstairsaftereachservicetopreventstealingandalteringyousettings.
