Job Title : Digital Marketing Co-ordinator

Job Purpose

Assist with the implementation of the Firm’s marketing strategy. The role has a strong focus on digital marketing duties including social media, website content management and database management. You will be responsible for making sure content is kept up to date and that all published information is included online. You will also be required to monitor the effectiveness of online marketing which will include monthly reports using tools such as Google Analytics. You will also support and in some cases implement offline marketing activity and campaigns.You will also assist with other marketing projects and events and will be expected to visit our other offices.

Key Responsibilities

All firm social media activity.

Updating the Firm’s website.

Responding to requests and queries from around the business relating to digital marketing systems and processes.

Day-to-day responsibility for e-marketing initiatives and activities.

Project management of digital initiatives i.e. evolving email templates.

Working with design agencies to ensure all digital media is within the brand guidelines.

Track, monitor and create timely reports that include analysis and tracking across the digital portfolio using tools such as Google Analytics.

Working with SEO suppliers to improve rankings.

Training users on relevant social media/digital platforms and producing guides when necessary.

Contribute ideas to the business' digital future, i.e. new initiatives and approaches.

Support the website development programme

Attributes

  • Experience of working with 3rd party email providers
  • Experience of working with a CMS and CRM system
  • Experience in digital design
  • Experience of using PowerPoint or Prezi presentation software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Car owner with full clean driving licence.

Education

Preference for a marketing or other relevant University degree and a minimum of 1 year’s marketing experience, within digital marketing.
