Douglas Morse

President and Chief Operating Officer

NyloBoard, LLC

Doug Morse has served as the president and chief operating officer of NyloBoard, LLC since October 2011. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company. Morse has a sustained history of applying lean methodologies and team building to transform performance, safety, and quality in manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining NyloBoard, he was president of National Standard, LLC, one of the top producers of weld wire, tire bead wire and other industrial wire products. During his tenure, Morse developed and executed expanded market share agreements in major product lines and significantly optimized operations.

Previously, Morse was president of Texas Foundries (TF) LTD, where he was responsible for the company’s turnaround and acquisitions integration. Prior to TF, at Wolverine Tube, Inc., he held several plant management positions and then became director of U.S. Tube Group and vice president, Operations.At both companies, he employed Six Sigma methods and initiatives to increase revenues, efficiencies and profitability, as well as expand product lines and market share. Morse, a licensed professional engineer, obtained his BSME at the University of Cincinnati and holds an MBA from Marshall University. He has been active in community service throughout his career and has served on the boards of numerous companies, nonprofit organizations and academic institutions.

Craig A. Jacks

Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Craig Jacks joined NyloBoard in April 2012 as vice president, Sales and Marketing. In his role, Jacks is responsible for developing market strategies and leading all facets of the sales and marketingfunctions.As an executive with an extensive background in the building materials industry, Jacks’ segment management experience includes national accounts, ‘big box’ retailers, one and two-step distribution, contractors, home builders and architects.

Prior to joining NyloBoard, Jacks accepted the role of vice president, Sales and Marketing to help successfully launch Boral Industries’ newly formed Roofing division. While at Boral Roofing, Jacks managed the integration of two businesses and implemented strategies to immediately improve financial results in spite of unprecedented declines in the housing market.

Previously, Jacks held several sales and marketing leadership roles at Georgia Pacific Corporation (G-P), initially as a national account manager to become vice president, Sales and Marketing for the Gypsum Division. At G-P, Jacks led several sales and marketing teams that experienced record levels of success and helped to establish G-P’s DensGlassas one of the industry’s premier product lines. Jacks began his career with Georgia-Pacific’s distribution divisionand then worked with Canadian based Domtar Gypsum before returning to G-P. He receivedhis B.S. in business administration from the University of Connecticut. In 2011, Jacks completed the Leadership Development Executive Management Program at the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales.
