Pre-University TIPS!
When opening or looking to expand your business, it is important to have the following in place. In many cases you will have a lot of this stuff completed and simply check (YES). If you do not have completed, you can complete it and check it done after University! If you need help you will get a support team to help you at Achieve University.
Some blow through this information quickly as they have all set-up. If this is you just use this as a reference to make sure all is in place. If you are just opening your business or even expanding it, this is a great checklist to follow to help you succeed!
Proper Business Set-up

You can own it by going to your secretary of state website in your area
Do you have a IRS (federal) Tax ID #?
Do you have a State Tax ID # (state)
Do you have a Sales Tax #
(only if selling product. Not needed for services)
Do you have Liability insurance?

Do you have a credit card processor?

Do you have or need a payroll company?
Back office if need help!
Do you have any materials that need to be copyrighted or protected?
Visit your secretary of state website if so for copyright details.
Do you have an accounting process (Quick books etc?)
Do you have someone who handles your taxes or is it you?

Do you have a relationship with an attorney if you ever need one?

Proper Financial Set-up

Have you done your yearly business financial assessment or are you new?
