Terms and Conditions:
1- Conditional tenders will not be accepted in any case.
2- Rates must be quoted on this form only. Rates quottted on other papers will not be accepted
3- Firms cheques in term of earnest money will not be accepted only Drafts/pay order/Banker cheques are acceptable. Tender having firm’s cheque in term of earnest money will be rejected.
4- samples must be presented before the purchase advisory committee.Tenders with out samples will be rejected.
5- Security money is 10% of the total supply. The amount of Earnest moneyt will be adjusted torards security money.
6- The payment will be made through an account payees cheque in favour of the firm.
7- The supplly will be made within 05 days from the date of receipt of the supply order.
8- The rates must be F.O.R to the Vidyalaya
9- The rates should exclude excise duty sale Tax, Vat Tax, Freight charges and any other Tax.
10- Other terms and condition are mentioned on the tender invitation form. Please go through very carefully before submitting tender.
11- TDS as applicable.
