A.By AAP-77, it was announced that the following ITU-T Recommendations were approved, in accordance with the procedures outlined in ITU-T Recommendation A.8:

B.By TSB Circular 194, it was announced that the following ITU-T Recommendation was deleted, in accordance with the procedures outlined in ITU-T Recommendation A.8, § 8.2, of WTSA (Florianópolis, 2004):

–ITU-T Recommendation J.165 (29.05.2003): IPCablecom Internet signalling transport protocol (ISTP)

The conditions governing the deletion of ITU-T Recommendations were met and 8MemberStates and 11 Sector Members participating in the meeting of Study Group 9 (Louisville, Colorado, from 29 October to 2 November 2007) proposed to delete this ITU-T Recommendation. Seven administrations of Member States responded to the consultation and no objection to this deletion was received.
