The WSPMA Spring Inspection Seminar in Vancouver, WA will be kicking off with an evening of "self serve" hospitality on Friday April 24th & followed by the all day event planned for Saturday, April 25th.

Morning sessions will start with a very spirited, "Point - Counter Point", discussion between Dr. Dan Suomi of the Washington State Department. of Agriculture (WSDA) Ken Anderson of Coldwell Banker Real Estate. Following that, Lonnie Anderson, Director of Quality Assurance with Terminix International, will be flying in from Memphis, Tennessee, to discuss important safety issues that affect us all.

This year we will have three break-out tracks after lunch. One designed for newer home inspectors, one for those more experienced, and one specifically designed to meet the needs of PMPs.
