Please be on time and fully equipped.

All CHEER reports to the Tracks at Denny Stadium to meet your Coach.

Football: Flag, Mitey Mite, and JR Pee Wee (FB) report to the Hills at SR High School (by small parking lot).

Pee Wees and Midgets report to the backfield at Denny Stadium. (Unless otherwise advised by your Team Coach).

ALL PARENTS are to remain OFF- the Practice Fields! Please allow the Coaches to Coach!

If you have a concern, your Coach will advise all parents the best way to communicate with them.

Parents of younger children are expected to stay during practice in case there are any issues.

The first game can be at the end or August, so it is important that all practices are attended.

Team Parent

If you are interested in being a “Team Parent”, please advise your Coach ASAP. The Team Parent is responsible for communications from Coach to Parents and all other SRK information. They are also responsible to help the Work Bond Coordinator to ensure all Game day “WB Duties” are covered.

Work Bond

All Parents will be expected to perform 6 Workbond Duties. You will be able to sign up On-Line. You will be sent a link when it opens for Sign-up. Early Registrations will get the Link about a week before all others.

Due to the fact that we do not have a set schedule in early August, the scheduling is done by Game – NOT DATE. ie: Home Game#1, Away Game#2. Once the schedule is set, you are to plot in your dates. You will also be reminded by email from the Work Bond Coordinator.

Please review the list of tasks so that you can sign up for something you are comfortable with and we can make sure Game Day goes smoothly!! If you do not complete your 6 WB duties, you will be forfeiting your WB deposit. You have the option to “Decline” WB, and your WB deposit will be kept.

Fund Raising

Parents will be expected to fulfill any Fundraising requirements. You will be advised of the options. This can include mandatory Raffle Cards, Canning, and/or selling of an item.

Communications

It is imperative that we have a valid, current email address to contact you. Email is the most used form of communication from The SRK Board and Work Bond Coordinator.

Coaches/Team Moms will set up the system for each Team’s specific communications.

Items of Interest:

All Uniforms must be returned in Good, Clean condition. If they are not, it may result in an additional Charge, or loss (reduction) of Workbond reimbursement.

All Teams receive their Trophies. The Ceremony is free admission.
