2014-15

Just a reminder ladies—charm bracelet race to the end of the year. The member with the most charms for gaining skills in cheer or for community service events will get a prize at the banquet at the end of the year. Julie will pay for the charms you receive. You pay $12.00 for the bracelet or get a note from your teachers showing all your grades are B and above then it’s free. The race is on!!!

Sept 29 thr Oct 1 Elementary Cheer Camp This is a community service event but need to charge so we don’t have cost. We need to do this a couple times a year since we have such a large waiting list to get on the elementary team.

Cost $25.00. They get a camp shirt, prizes for cheer version of Simon says

Certificates, snacks, sponsors for those that can’t afford it.

Perform ½ time of the Football game on Thursday Oct 2

If there is any profit after the cost—we will split between HS Florida girls.

We are giving out free Pink Helium Balloons. We will ask people to write a wish on a piece of paper and they put in the balloon, we fill with helium. Hold on to it until we release

all wishes at the end of the half time. Boosters Sponsoring.

Oct 25Fair Board has asked us to do face painting for their Trick or Trunk event. They will give us supplies.

Oct 25Cheer Parents are putting on an Adult Dance at the Moose to Fundraise your Florida Trip. You cannot attend this event. Sorry.

Nov ??Not sure when PTO is doing the Elementary Carnival. We will make cakes and work any events they need help.

Nov 15Community Casino Night

We charge $10.00 to get in but give sponsors to those that cant afford it.

All the money goes to buy the prizes in the auction.

2 auctions—one for elementary and one for MS and above

Everyone races around the various games to get as much funny money as possible. They use this funny money to bid on the auction prizes at the end of the night. We try to make this break even but if we are short the Boosters sponsor difference.

  • Students and Community are asked to cut their hair during an assemble to be donated to medically disadvantaged children.
  • Socks for the Homeless Drive.

Dec 26 thr Jan 2Capital One Bowl Performance

(5 days of practicing a new routine once we get there….practice is from 8 to 1 then you get time in Disney World.)

Panther Hut—Do not sell for profit—only to get color in stand.

During ASB Meeting-Kroll will get some shirts made to sell through the hut for their senior party. We will display them differently. They need to come up with the price as we only go slightly over to cover all costs. Need a senior parent.

Recycling ink cartridges (please—find someone to take this over)

Boosters have sponsored a pep bus for a few games. Cheer will chaperone Working on this event.
