We are pleased to announce that Trinity Academy’s 6th annual 5K Reindeer Run will take place on Saturday, December 3, 2016. Since its inception in 2011, the Reindeer Run has grown from a school race of approximately 300 participants to a community event that last year attracted over 1,000 runners and walkers. It has become one of the premiere events of the Christmas season in the West Essex area. One of the driving factors behind the success of our race has been the generous support that Trinity has received from the many local merchants and businesses that have sponsored the Reindeer Run over the years. In return, our partners have experienced the advertising and promotional benefits that come with a Reindeer Run sponsorship.
This year, we are asking for your support. We invite you to partner with us in what we are sure will be another successful event.The Reindeer Runis heavily advertised in print and online media outlets and in our three local parishes, which alone include more than 6,000 families.We offer a comprehensive, multi-channel media campaign, including print, direct mail, banner ads, and e-mail targeted to Northern New Jersey,with a particular focus on the West Essex area, which is home to some of New Jersey’s most affluent communities. This includes:
- print and on-line advertisements in local media and websites, including Suburban Essex, Race Forum, The Progress,
Essex Fells Magazine, and North Caldwell Magazine; Race Roster, and local parish and town websites; - community-wide event advertisements, including full-color posters in more than 100 local businesses, and 5,000 placemats at popular local dining establishments;
- promo/ad distribution to all participants on event day – via packet distribution or on-site presence;
- your logo on approximately 750 event T-shirts;
- event invitations: e-mail distribution to local runners and running organizations; direct mail to past participants; and
- recognition at the event and awards ceremony.
The Reindeer Run, a NJ Track and Field sanctioned event, begins at Trinity Academy on Bloomfield Avenue and follows a course through Caldwell, West Caldwell and North Caldwell. Runners cross the finish line at the Trinity campus, where the popular Jingle Jam will attract both runners and non-runners alike. In fact, the Jingle Jam has become an event in its own right, complete with boutique shopping with dozens of vendors in the Trinity gym, pictures with Santa, and other holiday festivities, including games and activities for the kids.

Kindly return the sponsorship form as soon as possible, but no later than Monday, September 14th, in order to ensure proper recognition of your support. It is extremely important to us that you get the best possible return on your investment in our race.
