The annual Memory Book is a wonderful tradition at OPS which the PTA is pleased to continue. A copy of the 2015-16 OPS Memory Book will be given to every student and faculty member at the end of the school year. The book is filled with photographs of school events, class photos and ads.
Please show your support by purchasing an ad which will appear in this year’s OPS Memory Book. The cost of the book is substantially offsetby ads purchased byparents, grandparents, teachers and local merchants. All children will receive the Memory Book whether or not you purchase an ad.
PERSONAL BOOSTER ADS - $25
Parents and Family – Praise your child, congratulate a graduate, salute the staff.
Children – Thank your teacher, send a message to a friend, show your school pride.
You can submit either (1) a typed ad online or (2) a handwritten ad via a paper order form.

The online order form can be found on the PTA website, oradellpta.org. Type your ad (no more than 200 characters including spaces), choose one of 3 fonts, choose one of 38 CLIPARTs shown on the second page of this flyer (indicate your selections from the drop down menus on the online order form), pay by credit card electronically and submit. We will type set the ad with your wording, font choice and clip art. You can submit multiple ads at once! Please see the second page of this flyer for sample ads.

Submit your handwritten ad on the attached paper order form to your child’s homeroom teacherin an envelope labeled “PTA Memory Book” and enclose a check payable to “Oradell PTA.” Handwritten ads can be in color.
CONTRIBUTOR’S LISTING - $10
Entitles you to a listing of your name (or your family’s name) under the CONTRIBUTORS heading. There is a maximum 35 characters & spaces per listing. Contributor’s listings can be purchased online or by using a paper form and submitting a check.
