The prospective buyer must satisfy the following conditions:

1. The buyer agrees with the condition that all the products mentioned above is sold on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis, and thatthere is no written or implied warranty on its performance.

2. No refund or exchange is allowed.

3. UNICEF will not provide repair or any other services with respect to the items sold.

Terms of Sale:

The highest financial offer will win.However, UNICEF reserves the right to reject any bid and withdraw the item from selling if the received offers are unsatisfactory as compared to the free-market offer/demand for identical products in similar technical condition.

Upon notification, the successful bidder must pay within seven(7) working days the purchase price in cash orbank transfer to the UNICEF Romania. Bank details will be provided to the highest bidder. Payment should be made in RON. Should the successful bidder fail to arrange payment within seven (7) working days, the products will be offered to the second highest bidder (if the level of the second offer is satisfactory to UNICEF).

Payment must be made in full before delivery. Please note that item 3 (HP G7) and item 4 (HP G8), willbeready for pick-up from the UNICEF office starting 24 April 2017.

Upon confirmation of equipment release, the productsshall be removed from the UNICEF office within five (5) working days, at the buyer expenses. Payment ofcustom, registration, insurance, etc, any other similar fees shall be at the expense of the buyer.

Individuals or organizations interested in buying the equipment should submit the bid in RON in a sealed envelope (including the bid form below) to the UNICEF Office at 48A Primaverii Bd., , sector 1, Bucharest, no later than 15:00 hrs local time on 23rd March 2017.

The envelope should be clearly marked: ITB/ROMA/2017/01- IT equipment – name of the bidder & contact information (e-mail, mobile) and should contain the following bid form:
