Isla Mujeres Retreat – February 2017!

Rooms will be available anytime between Thursday Feb 16 and Tuesday Feb 28. You choose your length of stay, arrival and departure dates, as well as what type of room you wish. All accommodations will be based on a first to reserve basis. Pricing is based on double occupancy.
Included:
- Lodging in the incredible Casa Bonita or one of the adjacent condos
- Personal cook with 3 meals on most days, as well as access to kitchen
- Various yoga classes daily
- Art classes daily
- Wellness talks
- Private pool, beach, and use of kayaks and paddleboards
- Transfers to/from Cancun Airport
- All local taxes and tips
Additional options that will be available for additional fee:
- Private yoga or art classes
- Group cooking class
- Catamaran cruise
- In-room or beachside massage
- Short-term golf cart rental (we will rent for the duration and will sub-let out for those to use)
Retreat Pricing
Because not all rooms are the same, pricing is divided into 4 Tiers. You have the ability to decide which type of room you want. There will be a more detailed room description and photos available soon, but please contact Lara with questions or to reserve your room. All accommodations will be based on availability. When booking your room, you will pay the initial base rate (which includes the first nights lodging), then add on for each additional night needed. Prices are per person based on double occupancy.
Tier 1: Premier Rooms – King beds, largest rooms, and/or best views, all with private bathrooms
Base rate: $325. Each additional night: $175 (ex. 4 nights = $850/person; 7 nights = $1375/person)
Rooms include: Casa Bonita Master Suite (king bed), Casa Bonita Room #2 (king and twin), Condo Arrecife Master Suite (king bed), Condo Arena Master Suite (King Bed)
Tier 2: All main floor rooms with various views and bed types, all with private bathrooms
Base Rate: $300, Each additional night: $160 (ex. 4 nights = $780/person; 7 nights = $1260/person)
Rooms include: Casa Bonita room # 4 (King), Casa Bonita room #5 (1 full, 1 twin), Condo Arrecife suite #2 (King), Condo Arrecife suite #3 (full, twin), Condo Arena suite #2 (king), Condo Arena suite #3 (full, twin)
Tier 3: Smaller rooms and/or garden views, all with private bathrooms
Base rate: $275, Each additional night: $145 (ex. 4 nights = $710/person; 7 nights = $1145/person)
Rooms include: Casa Bonita room #3 (full), Casa Bonita room #4 (King)
Tier 4: Junior Suites in the condo building. Rooms have a full-size bed and private bathroom, but no personal kitchen; however guests have the ability to use the Casa Bonita kitchen. Rooms face the garden.
Base Rate: $250, Each additional night is $130 (ex. 4 nights = $640/person, 7 nights = $1030/person)
Because of the relaxed atmosphere of Casa Bonita, we feel as though we can make the retreat family friendly, while still respecting the “retreat” aspect of the other guests. If you would like to bring your family, please ask about additional charges for children and we can work to accommodate.
Also, if you have the desire to stay for the entire duration, you will be given a free night! (Pay for 11 nights, stay for 12!)
Reservations will be taken over the phone (with Lara) to ensure accuracy with reservations. You will have the option of paying with cash, check, or credit card (add 3% to the total if paying by credit card).
Prices will increase $25 a night for all room types after October 1st, 2016. A $300 deposit per person is required at registration. This deposit is non-refundable, but is transferrable to another person or another SOLE adventure retreat.
Remaining balance must be paid in full by December 15th, 2016. There will be no refunds after December 15th, 2016; however retreat can be transferred to another person at any time before February 1st, 2017.
Karmady Yoga & Fitness, Empower Yoga, and/or The Traveling Art Pub will not be held liable for any injury, illness, theft, or damage that occurs while on this retreat. Guests understand that they are traveling to a foreign country and will respect the rules and regulations of this country. Guests also understand that all activities hold an assumed risk and they are responsible for this risk.
