HISTORIC passage of the Personhood Bill by the North Dakota House, February 17, 2009;
and then heard by the ND Senate Judiciary Committee (SJC), March 16, but not passed. The Senate went on break because of the flooding, and now the SJC vote is planned for Monday, March 30, where it is not expected to vote favorably, followed by a full Senate vote on the bill later in the week.
The North Dakota House is the first State Legislative chamber to pass principled legislation
recognizing the "personhood" of pre-birth human beings at fertilization, with no exceptions.
If the ND Senate passes HB 1572, and the ND Governor signs the bill into law, North Dakota
would be the first state in America to establish legal personhood for the pre-born, at fertilization,
with no exceptions, providing the legal foundation to bring an end to child-murder-by-abortion.

Say good-bye to the U.S. dollar, and what is left of American sovereignty and the U.S. Constitution. Say hello to the "amero" (or some form of global currency) and the North American Union,
unless America repents of child-sacrifice (abortion), which causes God to visit tyranny, oppression (Psalm 106:37-44), invasion and war (2 Kings 24:1-4) upon a people.
America kills 3,000 children in the wombs of their mothers each day by surgical abortion alone, and many more by chemical abortion (e.g., through the abortifacient mechanism of birth control pills). More and greater divine judgment is coming upon America for the national sin of
child-murder-by-abortion - 3,000 slaughtered unborn children PER DAY by surgical
abortion alone in America - unless America repents of the shedding of innocent blood - STARTING with us Christians, for sins of committing abortions (including chemical
abortions from birth control pills), and for sins of omitting to love our unborn neighbors
enough to labor diligently to STOP (not just Regulate) abortions. The Saviour said the
Second Great Commandment is:

The church (i.e., born-again Christians), stands in great jeopardy of terrible persecution in this country, at the Hand of God as a Divine Judgment, for doing, in the opinion of many
pro-lifers who have labored for 20 years or more to end this ongoing 36-year-plus holocaust of bloodshed, far, far less than the church is capable of doing.
If you think that 9-11 is the most severe attack upon America that God will allow/cause,
then you do not know history, the Bible, or God Himself, as He is truly revealed in the
Word of God (all 66 books of the Bible !). America will not survive as we presently know it . America will be destroyed, if we do not repent, of the national sin of child-murder-by-abortion, beginning with the Church. When the Christian church truly repents in America, I believe
that one of the signs (fruits) of that repentance will be an increased presence of born-again Christians, on-site, outside America's 700+ abortion death camps, crying out to God to stop the slaughter ! Why could not a few members of a church come out even once-a-year on a Saturday ? Why could not a pastor and elders conduct their church's worship service out
in front of the "gates of hell" at the local child-extermination center ? Why are not more
full-time pastors outside their city's death camp(s) preaching outdoors against sin and
for salvation ?
