(b)confirmto BridgewaterinformationontheownershipandtheencumbrancesontheProperty andprovideallotherinformationitmayrequestrelatingto the saleofthePropertyand purchaseofournewresidence

(c)notifyBridgewaterforthwithiftheagreementforthe saleofthepropertyterminatesor cannotbecompleted
