SCHEDULE:
7:45am COACHES MEETING at the end of the finish chute.
8:00am Varsity Girls (5000m) 7 entries 25 medals
8:30am Varsity Boys (5000m) 7 entries 25 medals
9:00am JV Girls (5000m) 10 entries 25 medals
9:30am JV Boys (5000m) 10 entries 25 medals
10:00am C Girls (3200m) unlimited entries 25 medals (given in chute)
10:30am C Boys (3200m) unlimited entries 25 medals (given in chute)
11:00am Medals Ceremony at the end of the finish chute
AWARDS:
Top 25 finishers in each race will receive a medal. An awards ceremony will follow the Boys C Race.
REGISTRATION
SEND ALL ENTRIES TO by Monday, September 14th. Include first name, last name, grade, and gender. Use the following page as a format example.
· Please enter all runners that you believe could possibly run. Do not wait to know drops or change.
· Any male student-athlete can run in any of the boys races. Any female student-athlete can run in any of the girls races. You do not need to notify meet management of who is running in what race.
· If a runner needs to drop on race day or does not show up, please return any unused bibs to the race timer.
· Registration fee is $95.00 per school, or $10.00 per athlete, whichever is less. Please make checks out to Wichita Southeast High School.
Directions to Cessna Park – 2744 S. George Washington Blvd.
Exit Kellogg at Oliver. Go South on Oliver to George Washington Blvd. Go East on George Washington Blvd. for ½ block for CAC entrance.
Miscellaneous:
· NO PARKING/DRIVING ON the course by coaches, spectators, or athletes. Please park and walk with equipment to your camping site. We have had problems with personal vehicles being driven around on the course.
· Meet timing will end at thirty minutes (30:00) for the 5K races and twenty-five minutes (25:00) for the 2-mile races.
· Concessions will be available for spectators.
· Meet T-Shirts will be available on site.
