Irondale Spring Fest Vendor Application

By submitting a completed copy of this form, I am requesting space in the Irondale Spring Fest on Saturday, April 29, 2017 from Noon until 7 p.m. I agree to pay the cost associated with the footprint requested; payment in full accompanies this contract. I understand that the Irondale Spring Fest is a rain or shine event and no refund will be granted due to inclement weather. I agree to comply with instructions; criteria and guidelines governing the Irondale Spring Fest (see attachment). I subscribe and agree to all of the terms, conditions and authorizations contained in this contract and acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Rules and Regulations for the Irondale Spring Fest. As a Vendor, I agree to hold the City of Irondale and the Irondale Spring Fest harmless from any and all liabilities arising from the vendor’s occupancy on City grounds. The City of Irondale and the Irondale Spring Fest cannot accept responsibility for damages or injury to persons or property during the Irondale Spring Fest.

Irondale Spring Fest Criteria and Guidelines

Irondale Spring Fest 2017 will take place on April 29 from Noon – 7 p.m. in historic Downtown Irondale near city hall.

Booth assignments will be provided at check-in beginning at 8 a.m. the morning of the Spring Fest. All booth locations will be considered, but not guaranteed. Booth assignments are ultimately up to Irondale Spring Fest Vendor Chairperson’s site team.

All vendors must provide their own tents, food trucks, etc. Set-up must be completed by 11:00 a.m. with all vehicles moved to designated parking lot for vendors.

Vendors are chosen for participation by a selection committee. The committee reserves the right to review, and approve or refuse, all vendors presented for consideration.

Notification of acceptance as a vendor will be emailed by April 15, 2017 to the address provided on the application prior to Spring Fest.

Vendors must exhibit the duration of Spring Fest. Failure to follow this rule will jeopardize future participation at Irondale Spring Fest.

No Refund after April 15. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Irondale Spring Fest Vendor Chairperson at .

Comprehensive advertising and publicity is planned for Irondale Spring Fest including TV, radio, print, web, and social media. Irondale Spring Fest Committee are asking all vendors to advertise and promote their appearance to all its constituents through social media, etc.

Irondale Spring Fest does not close during intermittent rain, unless the weather pattern suggests severe inclement weather that threatens the safety of patrons. Please come prepared for rain or shine.
