Air Curtain Specification Summary
1. The Air Curtain shall have a self-supporting casing finished in RAL 9010 as standard. Other RAL colours shall be available on request.
2. The Air Curtain shall incorporate a “stainless steel-like” design bar on the inlet
3. The Air Curtain shall use low noise motor with tangential fans.
4. The Air Curtain shall be available in a choice of sizes 1.0m, 1.5m and 2m.
5. The Air Curtain shall measure 189 mm high and 381mm deep.
6. The unit shall be suitable for exposed mounting above a door using M6 threaded drop rods or by the supplied wall brackets.
7. The inlet grille shall be perforated with filter function. For servicing, in normal environments, the grille only has to be periodically wiped or vacuumed.
8. The outlet of the unit shall be adjustable.
9. The Air Curtain shall be available with a choice of water, electric heating or ambient unheated.
10. Electrically heated units will use 400V 3 phase with power controls included.
11. The Air Curtain will have a wireless modular control system available in 2 versions - wireless “RF” control or “DM” control.
12. The wireless “RF” controller shall be capable of controlling up to 60 air curtains within range. Up to 100m range applies in an open space. The “RF” controller shall have 2 speed selection and optional room thermostat.
13. The “DM” controller shall have the following additional functionality: 3 speed selections, 2 electric heating levels, optional door contacts and optional room thermostat. Water heated units with “DM” control shall have the option of an external valve. The valve shall be controlled by the controller.
