From the Deacons- Offerings for February:
· February 26 World Renew (Canadian Foodgrains Bank): Compelled by God’s deep passion for justice & mercy, we join communities around the world to renew hope, reconcile lives, and restore creation. When you give, World Renew decides how those funds, and any CIDA matching funds, will be used. World Renew receives requests for food from its overseas partners. Each request is reviewed to ensure the food and support provided will improve the lives of the people receiving the assistance – in both the short and long terms. Once planning is complete (including details to ensure safe and reliable delivery), Canadian Foodgrains Bank arranges the purchase and shipping of the food. World Renew often works together with other Foodgrains Bank church members on shipments.

Focus on the Cross - "So, what are you giving up for Lent?" Has anybody ever ask you that question? Lent does involve self-denial, but it’s much more. It’s a season to focus on the hope of Jesus Christ. Receive a free Today Devotional series to help you refresh, refocus, and renew your faith during Lent. Subscribe at todaydevotional.com/lent.
FROM EMPTINESS TO FULLNESS - Many of us can empathize with the bitter, empty Naomi we meet as the book of Ruth opens. Everything in life seems to have gone wrong. Join us as we study Ruth 4 to see how staying faithful and trusting God’s providence can bring us back to fullness, even when it seems impossible.
