TMS Completions for Cascade Programs
Background
EES recently transitioned from the internal EES evaluations and exams to TMS evaluations and exams. TMS functionality requires new processes in order to capture important program data for Accreditation, the accrediting bodies EES partners with, and MEU.
New Standard Operating Procedure for Cascade programs
· Local TMS administrators will continue to create and manage local schedule offerings
· Please use a Sign In Sheet for managing participants, walk-ins, and reconciling
· Upon completion of the program, a TMS admin or an Instructor with TMS Registration Manager role will record completion for learners using the Scheduled Offering. *** NOTE: It is very important that learners are registered for and recorded complete against that Scheduled Offering
· After completions are recorded, the evaluation/survey will be assigned to the learner’s To-Do List:
· The learner clicks on the program title to start the evaluation/survey
· After completion of the evaluation/survey, the item completion will appear in the Completed Work and they will be able to print their certificate.
· Please see enclosed job aids for further assistance
