Objective / Scope
1) To supply the Nexpose Scanner Maintenance and License Renewal
Participating Procedures
The Request for Quotation (RFQ) process shall be as follows:
1) Interested vendor shall first read the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) attached in Annex A of this Notice. If the Vendor is agreeable to be bound by the terms of this NDA, Participating Vendors shall:
(a) Sign and submit the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Information in the NDA shall be typed in (not handwritten). The NDA is to be duly signed by two (2) authorized signatories (i.e. principal and witness) from the Participating Vendors’ organization and shall be endorsed and marked with the Participating Vendor’s company stamp on every page.
2) Interested vendor may proceed by sending an email to , enclosed a copy of the signed NDA to request for the electronic RFQ documents. In the email, please state the following:
ü Company name;
ü Company registration number;
ü Business address and
ü Name, designation, contact number and email address of your representative who will be the primary contact for all communications with the Company pertaining to the RFQ with the Subject line as “Response to IHiS/Q/2017/030: Nexpose Scanner Maintenance and License Renewal”.
3) The Participating Vendor must submit its quotation in the form of one (1) set softcopy version via email to Radiant Chang at with the subject title “Response to IHiS/Q/2017/030: Nexpose Scanner Maintenance and License Renewal” no later than 10 Oct 2017 (Tues) 1700 hours (Singapore time).
4) Instructions relating to your submission of Proposal will be stipulated in the RFQ documentation. Only Proposals submitted in compliance with such instructions will be considered.
5) The Company reserves the right to accept any quotation in whole or in part at the Company’s sole discretion. The Company is not obliged to accept the lowest, the whole or any quotation.
