All organizations may be partners for the conference at no cost (free) and we will list your organization in all conference materials and on the web page. If your organization wishes to have a table during the main conference on June 10 and/or 11 the cost is only $30.00 and the person(s) staffing the table or registering for the conference must register at the discounted presenter rate.

- Insert Conference information in your upcoming newsletters, Journals, or other relevant publications.
- Distribute the Conference information at relevant presentations or conferences.

A display table at the conference ($30). Please note, the person staffing the table and/or representing the organizations must register and pay to attend the conference in addition to paying the $30 table fee which is the cost to the conference for the table linens/set up. This is a flat rate regardless of whether you will would like the table for one or two days during the main conference June 19 and 20, 2015. No electrical outlets are provided. All 6 foot rectangular tables will have table linens. Registration costs per person vary based on whether you are attending one or two days of the conference. Check the web page for details.Please note, at this conference, no sales are permitted at display tables.
