The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery is pleased to announce 2013 FUE-Palooza to be held in Denver, Colorado, USA, this August 3-4, 2013. We are anticipating 50 physician participants plus 8 physician faculty in attendance from around the world.

The agenda includes lectures of the mechanized instruments being discussed, including methods and instrumentation, advantages and disadvantages, followed by live surgery observational with practical hands-on. There will be the main surgery site (Hair Sciences Center of Colorado-HSCC) that will house the lectures and 3 concurrent surgeries, and a 2nd surgery site for 3 additional concurrent surgeries (Bosley Clinic). The workshop will be on Saturday and Sunday. The same 6 devices will be demonstrated on both days, so attendees at the two surgery sites will switch on the second day.

Exhibits will be set-up at both the surgery centers: 3 exhibitors at HSCC and 2 at Bosley. The exhibits will be open for the duration of both days. The Workshop organizer will assign exhibit locations. Continental breakfast, coffee/snacks, and lunch will be provided at both locations. In addition, there will be a dinner on Saturday evening, and we are seeking a sponsor.

The ISHRS is pleased to provide the following opportunities for companies to promote their products and services to the attendees of the 2013 FUE-Palooza. Exhibitor space is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Exhibit Representative Registration: Each exhibiting company is allowed 2 company representatives. This comes with the price of the exhibit space. All exhibit representatives must register via the Registration Form.

Exhibit Rules & Regulations

1.  Only one company may exhibit in a single space. Items or services exhibited or referred to must be those normally provided or manufactured by the exhibitor.

2.  No application form will be processed without payment in full.

3.  Due to the nature of the conference, no refunds will be offered.

4.  Display materials that may be deemed by the conference organizers to detract from the dignity of the exhibit show will not be permitted.

5.  All exhibit tables and support services will be provided by workshop organizers. Note: electrical access may not be available. Any additional support costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

6.  Security will not be provided. The property of the exhibitors shall at all times remain in the sole possession, custody, and responsibility of each exhibitor.

7.  Exhibitors shall comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, including, without limitation, FDA restrictions on the promotion of investigational and pre-approved drugs and devices and the FDA prohibition on promoting approved drugs and devices for unapproved uses. Any product not FDA-approved for a particular use or not commercially available in the U.S. may be exhibited only if accompanied by easily visible signs indicating the status of the product. Exhibitors shall have available at the booth a letter from the FDA that describes the allowable use of any drug or device exhibited.

8.  Exhibitors shall carry comprehensive liability coverage, including premises operations and contractual liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 for personal injury liability, $1,000,000 for property damage liability, and statutory workers’ compensation with employer’s liability with a limit of at least $100,000. Exhibitors will furnish certificates of insurance, if requested, by the workshop organizer.

9.  CONFLICTING EVENTS: Companies exhibiting at FUE-Palooza will be required, as a condition of their participation as exhibitors, not to exhibit at, conduct or sponsor conflicting events. Conflicting events are scientific or educational meetings of interest and relevance to hair transplant surgeons (including but not limited to lectures, presentations, seminars or workshops) that are scheduled during the same time frame encompassed by FUE-Palooza. For purposes of this policy, the relevant time frame begins two days immediately prior to the official opening of FUE-Palooza and ends two days after the official close of the FUE-Palooza.

Liability and Security

Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their display and property at all times. The exhibitor is responsible for all liability, losses, claims, and damages relating to any injury, death, or damage to property, however occurring, arising from the acts of the exhibitor, his or her employees, agents, licensees, or contractors.

Indemnification and Release

The exhibitor shall indemnify, defend, and hold the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), Hair Sciences Center of Colorado (HSCC), and Bosley, and their respective directors, officers, members, agents, employees and successors, and each of them, forever harmless from and against: (i) any damage or charges resulting from violation of any law or ordinance or violation of the rules and regulations of either the ISHRS or HSCC or Bosley, except those occasioned by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the ISHRS or HSCC or Bosley; and (ii) any and all other claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees), whether those of the exhibitor or a third party, arising, directly or indirectly, from exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, or any part thereof, except those arising from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the ISHRS or the HSCC or Bosley. Exhibitor further waives any and all rights it may have against the ISHRS, HSCC, Bosley, and their respective directors, officers, members, agents, employees and successors, and each of them, and releases and discharges them from any claim relating to exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition hall, or any part thereof.

Terms and Conditions

As a condition for exhibiting, each exhibitor shall agree to observe all stated policies in this document and of the ISHRS, HSCC and Bosley. ISHRS reserves the right to refuse exhibit space to any applicant at its sole discretion.

If exhibiting at the conference, the company has read the Exhibitor Agreement and agrees to abide by these regulations. Failure to abide by these regulations will result in forfeiture of all monies paid or due under the terms of the agreement.
