INVITATION TO BOTH CURRENT AND PROSPECTIVE SERVICE PROVIDERS TO REGISTER ON THE JOBURG MARKET (JM) SUPPLIER DATABASE FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS
Prospective service providers are requested to apply to be registered on JM database by completing the database registration form. Suppliers who previously applied, are requested to re-apply to be listed on the said Supply Database. The documents listed hereunder, but not limited to the following, should be submitted together with the application form:
Valid Original Tax Clearance Certificates, Certified copies of Identity Document (ID) of shareholders, Certified Shareholder Certificates, B-BBEE Certificate OR Sworn Affidavitor certified copies thereof in the case of SMMEs, and the National Treasury Central Supplier Database Unique Registration Number and Pin Number, original company cancelled cheque/ original stamped bank statement, certified company registration certificates, company profile, completed MBD FORMS, certified copy of proof of residence i.e. water and lights statements or affidavit and proof of registration with professional bodies where applicable.
Database registration forms, MBD Forms and General Conditions of Contract are obtainable free of charge at the Supply Chain Management Unit 4th Floor, 4 Fortune Road, City deepor can be retrieved from our website
Only the latest Supplier forms issued during this period will be accepted.
Envelope sealed completed database forms can be delivered to the Joburg Market, Supply Chain Management Unit
4th Floor, 4 Fortune Road or posted to P.O BOX 86007, City Deep, Johannesburg, 2049, for attention Supply Chain Management.

Suppliers are requested to indicate only three (3) commodities, from the list above, for which they will be considered for accreditation. However being accredited, does not automatically qualify a supplier for transacting with the JM.
The closing date for applications is31March 2017 at 11:00.
Please Note: Preference will be given to suppliers who are SMMEs (Exempted Micro Enterprises and Qualifying Small Enterprises), which are 51% Black Owned. SMME suppliers who do not meet this criteria are encouraged to form Joint Ventures or Partnership with qualifying suppliers. All service providers are required to submit all documents issued as a result of the changed company circumstances, as and when it happens. Joburg Market reserves the right to register, remove or restrict any supplier from the database.
