‘Investor Club – Value Picks’
Dear All,
We are pleased to inform you we are into third year of our “Investor Club” activities. Last year over 90 participants actively participated in the workshops every month which was supported by NSE Ltd.
Last year Investor Club sessions were on topics like financial planning, awareness about stock markets, how to read a balance sheet, how to read and interpret newspaper quotations, analysing fixed income assets, what is mutual fund, importance of general and health insurance etc.
This year Investor Club goes on higher lever and will be on Value Picking/Buying. In each session the experts will pick up two to three companies on which they will give their fundamental and technical views, illuminating whether it will be a good buy or bad.
Each session will be held for a period of 2 hours. There will be discussion on the topic for 90 minutes and balance 30 minutes will be spent on asking anything about investments markets etc.
The sessions will be held once a month on Friday between 5 pm to 7 pm at Indian Merchants’ Chamber premises at Churchgate. The exact date will be announced in advance.
The Investor Club activities will be mentored by Mrs. Deena Mehta, Chairperson of the Capital Markets Committee of IMC. Mrs. Mehta is a CA and MMS in finance by qualification and has had the honour of being the first Woman President of Stock Exchange Mumbai.
Membership fee for Investors Club is 1000/- per year. This is a nominal charge for tea, coffee and materials distributed during the workshop. Charges once paid will not be refundable fully or proportionately. Please find attached registration form.
Limited seats only are available. Registration will be on first cum first serve basis. Those participants who attend 100% of the workshops will be issued a participation Certificate by Indian Merchants Chamber, Capital Market Committee.
