Introductory pricing means that the customer is guaranteed these extremely low, below market rates for the term of their contract. With a 3 Yr agreement we will waive the entire setup fee. With a 2 Yr agreement we will waive 50% of the setup fee. Minimum contract term is 1 Yr.
Full Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee
If customer is not happy with the service and wants to cancel within the first 30 days they can get a full refund of all Xchange Telecom costs except for the cost of the Inside Wiring.

CentralOffice “Corporate Edition” Rate Plan:
This rate plan is geared towards customers with 10 extensions or more. These customers will probably save money over the Business Edition Rate Plans.
With this rate plan the customer pays a much lower fee per extension and chooses the number of simultaneous “external” (there are unlimited free call paths for extension to extension calls) inbound & outbound call paths they need for their entire Business Group (regardless of the number of extensions or locations they have). CentralOffice Corporate Edition Customers can only choose one type of rate plan for all their external outbound simultaneous call paths.

Cloned Phone$19.99 per month (usage based on primary extensions usage plan. Not applicable for Corporate Edition)
Virtual Extension$7.99 per month. Extensions that can only be used for inbound calls and internal call transfers. External outbound calls will be blocked. This extension can be shared across multiple phones at no additional cost. Typically used when a customer wants to be able to identify which option (Sales, Customer Service, etc….) on the AA the callers chose (or which pilot number to a MLHG or MADN the caller dialed) and get the full Caller ID

calculated with Google maps. In general Brick, Toms River, Howell and
