1.Team Events

•Senior Boys Team: For Boys studying in 8th, 9th &10th Class/Standard only.

•Senior Girls Team: For Girls studying in 8th, 9th & 10th Class/Standard only.

•Junior Boys Team: For Boys studying in up to 7th Class/Standard only.

•Junior Girls Team: For Girls studying in up to 7th Class/Standard only.

2.Individual Events

•Junior Girls - For Girls studying in up to 7th Class/Standard only

•Junior Boys - For Boys studying in up to 7th Class/Standard only

•Senior Girls - For Girls studying in 8th, 9th & 10th Class/Standard only

•Senior Boys - For Boys studying in 8th, 9th &10th Class/Standard only

RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Only Schools of (GOA) can participate in the Championships.
  2. Open for schools of all educational boards (Except Open Schools).
  3. All the matches will be played in accordance with the rules and regulations as approved by TTFI and as adopted by 11Even Sports Pvt. Ltd.
  4. TTFI approved Table Tennis Tables and balls will be used.
  5. It is mandatory to produce a photo eligibility certificate issued by the Principal / School Head certifying the class / standard of study and date of birth.
  6. Eight categories of events will be held as below:

  1. Senior Boys Team: For Boys studying in 8th, 9th &10th Class/Standard only.
  2. Senior Girls Team: For Girls studying in 8th, 9th & 10th Class/Standard only.
  3. Junior Boys Team: For Boys studying in up to 7th Class/Standard only.
  4. Junior Girls Team: For Girls studying in up to 7th Class/Standard only.

  1. Format of the Team Championships: “Corbillon Cup” System of match order will be followed. I.e. A vs X, B vs Y, Doubles, A vs Y, B vs X.
  2. A Team shall consist of minimum of 2 Players and maximum of 4 Players. All matches in the Team events will be decided by best of 5 games.A team winning three matches will be declared the winner and the match will end.
  3. All individual events will be best of 5 games
  4. All events (team & individual) are on Knock out basis.
  5. For Team Events, merit certificates, medals will be awarded to Maximum 5 persons per team (4 players & 1 official) that are Winners, Runners up and Semi Finalists.
  6. For individual events merit certificates, medals will be awarded to the winners, runners up & 2 semifinalists only.
  7. The winners of team event & individual categories will be the “State Champions” of that event for 2017 and shall qualify to represent the state in the National Inter School Table Tennis Championships proposed to be held from 7th to 10th December 2017 at a venue to be announced.
  8. Entry fee will be Rs. 1000/- per team per event & Rs 100/- for the individual events(if a player is not part of the team)
  9. Entries close at (6.00 PM on 26th Aug 2017)
  10. The draw shall take place at (10.00 AM on 27th Aug 2017 at Bambolim Beach Resort

  1. For team events, a school can send only one entry per team category. For individual events, maximum entries allowed is 4 per category.
  2. Competition in a category will be conducted only if there are minimum of 8 entries in the Senior and Junior Boys Teams and a minimum of 6 Entries in the Senior and Junior Girls Teams events. For individual events, there need to be a minimum of 32 entries in the senior & junior boys category and 16 entries in the senior & junior girls category.
  3. EntriesProcedure: Entries are to be submitted in the attached form by email from the official mail id of the school to the following e mail id (). The hard copies of the entries duly stamped and signed by the Principal/Head of the School should be submitted at the venue before the start of the Tournament. Please also forward a copy of the entry to
  4. It will be the responsibility of the participating school to arrange for Travel, Boarding, lodging of their players
  5. All official Communication / draw shall be displayed at the venue and communication shall also be sent to all the email ids received during the online registration process.
