10 / OCTOBER 24 / RAMADAN
11 / DECEMBER 25 / CHRISTMAS

We are all very well aware that ETEAM is moving ahead with our expansion program, and that demands a more effective and efficient workforce. Hope you all will rise to the occasion and oblige.

In case of exigency of work, company management reserves the right to call you back for duty on any declared number of holidays for the calendar year. In that event associates can avail a compensatory leave for the same on any other convenient day within a month with timely intimation to the authority concerned.

Other personal leaves can be availed as per Annexure 1 attached to this.

ANNEXURE 1

Type of Leave / Eligibility / Maximum Available / Conditions
Casual Leave
(C L) / Eligible from the day of employment after probation. / 6 / Subject to approval
For extending leave beyond 2 days, prior approval from concerned authority is essential
Cannot be carried forward
Sick Leave
(S L) / Eligible from the day you join the company. / 6 / For extending leave beyond 4 days, kindly produce a Medical Certificate from a registered medical practitioner
Cannot be carried forward/combined with other types of leave
Earned Leave
(E L) / Eligible after one year and above of service with the company. Excluding probation period unless otherwise specified. / 10 / Subject to prior approval from Italian HQ.
Can be carried forward & accumulated up to 15 days.

·  You will be entitled to three casual leaves and three medical leaves during the probation period.

·  Absence from work without keeping to the conditions described above will be treated as absence without leave and will invite LOP.
