Thank you for considering working with UpTurnships to recruit and place successful interns in 2018.
Please complete the following form to initiate participation as an employer in the 2018 UpTurnships program. This does not constitute a contractual agreement or guarantee by you, the employer, to hire an intern provided by UpTurnships.
By completing and signing this form you, the employer, are signifying, in good faith, your intent to sponsor a specific number of internship positions for qualified candidates provided by UpTurnships.
This information will be used by UpTurnships to identify strong intern candidates. Please provide as much of the information requested as you currently have about each internship position.

INSTRUCTIONS

This form requests information for each unique internship profile. You only need to complete ONE profile form If you will offer multiple internships with the same basic profile. Complete as much of the form as you can.

Complete one form for each different internship type or profile you will offer.
