Exciting Sales Opportunity!

The U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC) informed us that international attendees have experienced difficulty buying products on our exhibit floor. After consultations with the USDOC we have developed a solution to this problem which will come at NO cost to you. The Greater New York Dental Meeting will publish an on-site brochure with a list of exhibiting companies who intend to sell products to international attendees that will allow them to receive delivered products while still in the United States. This brochure will also include the companies’ products and booth numbers. Before purchasing, attendees will have to submit their credit card with the order, which will then be processed off site. After the transaction is complete, the products must arrive at the attendee’s address before their departure. Delivery of products will not be permitted onsite or on the exhibit floor. During the order process, you must verify the date of the purchaser’s intended departure date and time and so they will receive their order in due time.

We have always strived to promote our exhibitors and expand their sales opportunities both domestically and internationally. We continue to offer admittance to the Meeting for free, make at least 6 hours of continuing education available per day at no charge and have moved many of our classrooms onto the exhibit floor to increase “traffic.” We have also begun to offer two programs a day in Spanish. As the largest Dental event in the United States, we have always made your success a major objective of the Meeting.
