INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
1. Abstracts should have a maximum of 400 words in English and in the language of the paper, without any charts, tables or formulas. Abstracts have to be submitted via e-mail by March 16th, 2015 (abstract template)
Abstracts will be published in a special conference abstracts’ proceedings and will be provided to participants on the day of the conference.
2. The organizing committee will send confirmation notice to authors via e-mail by March 20th, 2015.
3. All papers must be up to 8 pages in length, including an abstract in English up to 10 lines. Authors are required to use conference (paper template)
Deadline for submission of the full papers via email: April 27th, 2015.
4. Technical requirements for the papers:
Font – Times New Roman;
Font size – 11 pt;
Line spacing – Single;
Page Setup – Top – 5 cm; Bottom – 2.5 cm; Left – 3 cm; Right – 6 cm, Header – 4 cm;
Title of the Paper– Bold 13 pt, all caps, centered;
Academic position, degree, name and surname, organisation, e-mail - 12 pt, Italic, centered;
Footnote – 10 pt
5. Each author may submit only one paper – individually or in collaboration.
6. Working languages of the conference: Bulgarian, English and Russian.
7. Deadline for issuing the proceedings of the conference: July 10th, 2015
8. Participation fee: 50 EUR for all participants
9. Payment options:
- in cash – on April 24th, 2015 (the opening day of the conference during registration of participants)
