Application Materials
All Applicants should submit both e-version and hard copy of application form( CSS ( ) by July 26, 2010, 17.00 pm.
- CSS Application form (should be received from CSS students’ dean) including:
-CSS application cover page
-Applicant’s curriculum vitae.
-A personal statement (of not more than 400 words) detailing:
- Your reasons for undertaking this program
- What you feel you would get from the program personally and professionally
- How this program will allow you to contribute to your country’s development.
-A short statement (of no more than 400 words) explaining the key problems you feel are faced by your country or region (related to political, economic, social, gender issues etc.).
-Two references. At least one of these has to be academic but the other can be professional.
- Copies of applicant’s academic degree documents (diploma of higher education, etc.) or confirmation letter for an excepted degree. (If application is sent electronically, the originals of these documents should be faxed or posted to the CSS. Georgian applicants should also submit originals of documentations, which will be returned to them after registration of their application at CSS database).
- Thee photos 3X4 and e-version on CD
- Copy of Identification Card (Copy of Passport for regional and international applicants)
- Documents certifying status regarding the military service (for Georgian male applicants)
- Set of documents translated into Georgian and attested notarially for Georgian Ministry of Education and Science (for International Applicants only)
Diploma and diploma supplement approved by APOSTILE
Copies of all filled pages from passport (empty pages are not required)
Letter of certification approving applicants residency in foreign country during last 2 years (This letter should approve that applicant was not residing in Georgia during last 2 years. Official document with signature and stamp should be issued by official house management, branch of city administration or other respective administrative department)
- TSU registration form (can be received from CSS students’ dean in June 2010)
Deadline for CSS applications is 17:00 pm, MondayJuly 26, 2010.
Short-listed regional candidates will be notified by July 28, 2010.
