Dear Parent/Carer,

Arrangements for Pamper Week

As you will be aware your daughter/son is taking part in the above trip during Activity Week. Students have met today in order to finalise details of the visit and undertake administrative tasks. Please find attached a “Where to Meet” grid showing meeting times (the “Out” time) and estimated time of return (the “Back” time). Also shown is where the group will meet and a wet weather alternative. It is very important that students keep to these meeting times and location in order to ensure a safe departure and return process given that there are over 50 coach/minibus movements during the week. As we have timed bookings and a set itinerary, coaches will not wait if a student is late as this will mean the rest of the group missing out. Please note the following:

Monday 17th July- Halesowen College (Shenstone House)

Tuesday 18th July –Halesowen College(Shenstone House)

Wednesday 19th July – Halesowen College (Shenstone House)

Thursday 20th July- – Halesowen College (Shenstone House)

Friday 21st July- Waterworld-Students will be required to bring a swimming costumer/pair of trunks and towel. Food is not allowed to be brought to the site so money will be required to purchase lunch from the café. Students will also be required to bring £1.50 to pay for a locker which will be returned at the end of the visit. This is a shared coach with Adrenaline Freak Week

Students must bring with them a packed lunch, plenty of non-fizzy drinks Students will also be allowed to purchase from the onsite shop (all students will be responsible for their own money). At no time are the students allowed to leave Shenstone house, this is Halesowen College’s policy. Any student found to have left the site will immediately be removed from the trip and no refund will be given. If any electrical devices are brought on the trip it is the up to the students to look after them and the school will take no responsibility if they are damaged, lost or stolen.

Students are required to wear smart casual clothes jeans are acceptable. The students are also advised to bring a hair bobble with them for when they are carrying out the treatments. During the course of the week the students will be giving and receiving treatments and must be prepared to take part in all activities.

Also, attached, is a school medical form and a health questionnaire specific to Halesowen College which needs to be completed and returned to Miss Johnson, tomorrow morning between 8.00am and 8.40am in the main school foyer. It is a requirement of school trips that, if needed, students bring with them inhalers/epipens/medication as required.

If you have any further questions about Pamperweek, please do not hesitate to contact me on 0845 155 04 11 ext 143.

Yours Sincerely

Miss J Johnson - Activities Week Co-ordinator
