Registration as a student and participation in concerts, classes and other Gemini Youth Orchestra activities constitutes an agreement by the student to the Gemini Youth Orchestra’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the student’s image, music performance or voice in photographs, videotapes, social media, electronic reproductions, or audiotapes of such concerts, classes and other Gemini Youth Orchestra activities as part of a group rehearsal or performance.

Handbook Policies
Participation in the Gemini Youth Orchestras is contingent on the observance of the rules, policies and procedures outlined in the Musician’s Handbook. It is the responsibility of each family to download the Handbook from gyo.org and familiarize themselves with the 2016/2017 edition of the Handbook prior to the first rehearsal.

Parking & Code of Conduct
Those providing transportation for members of the Gemini Youth Orchestras to and from GYO activities and events are required to observe all parking and drop-off policies currently in force by our rehearsal and concert venues and remain educated on any changes, which may be communicated through e-mail and/or gyo.org. As guests in these facilities, GYO members, family and guests are expected to respect the facilities in use, utilize proper trash receptacles, etc. Failure to observe these policies and any violations of traffic safety may result in dismissal from the program.
