Work / Knowledge:
As an Instrumentation Engineer:
Ü Coordination of all supervision and inspection, scheduling the inspection activities pre-commissioning and commissioning according to plans and Quality standards/Procedures;
Ü Provide guide line and instruction to the E & I team of engineers to work according to P& ID;
Ü Inspection, supervision, erection of process field instrument, pre-commissioning according to specified specification data sheet and P & ID
Ü Instruction, direction and guideline to the calibration team to perform calibration of electronic and pneumatic instruments;
Ü Organizing calibration shop to carry out pre installation calibration of instruments with proper test equipment having traceability of its accuracy.
Ü Maintaining record of receipt and dispatch of instruments, test reports and documentation.
Ü Organizing loop check team, co-coordinating with QC department and client for day to day loop check, planning of pre-loop check, rectification of any loop having problem, training of technicians to carry out effective loop check, carry out the interlock check of shut down system associated with DCS and TMR.
Ü Maintaining a proper record for the system turn over.
Ü Having knowledge with Foundation Field Bus Technology
Ü Ability to interpret international standard, codes – instrumentation.
Carry out commissioning activities of the instruments on completion of construction for start up.
In Turn Around Servicing:
Removal, servicing, calibration, re-installation, trouble shooting, adjustment and commissioning.
In Maintenance:
Maintenance of instruments installation for periodic preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:
Ü Planning and effectuating preventive / predictive maintenance schedules of fully automatic PLC / DCS Based Control System and Instruments to increase plant up-time / reliability.
Ü Identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the areas of concern through predictive maintenance practices.
Ü Developing a maintenance schedule protocol and implementing the same to ensure performance capacity of various process control equipments
Ü Identifying the stock needs and creating stock and ordering of the instruments before they shortfalls
Ü Coordinating with field-maintenance people and organizing meeting for the day by day problems, requirements and better maintenance activities.

Job responsibilities:
Ü Review of all technical and other documents associated with the project
Ü Review of ITP, Procedure, Specification and approved documents.
Ü Organizing and conducting Inspection meeting with the vendor.
Ü Inspect installation and construction of the skids and project.
Ü Inspect all phases of the splicing and testing of cable systems
Ü Review cable and ground measurement test data for the basis of acceptance
Ü Plan, schedule and coordinate and provide work directions to engineers/ working persons.
Ü Review and comment on work as per Clients Standards/ requirement/ procedure. Preparing punch list of the inspected items.
Ü Write inspection reports, Non-compliance Reports, daily inspection reports etc.
Ü Preparation of Inspection report of the daily activities.
Ü Final inspection of the plant so to issue release certificate for the project.

Job Responsibilities:
Ü Monitoring and leading total construction as well as installation of DCS with Foundation Field Bus System, Fire & Gas System (Honeywell) and other field Instruments.
Ü Installing, maintenance & troubleshooting of instruments such as Control Valves (Ball, Butterfly, Globe as well as Electrical Actuator), various Sensors like PH Sensors, RTD, Brix Sensors (Resistivity & Conductivity type), Level Sensors (Radar & Diaphragm type) Controllers and Converters as well as DCS.
Ü Anchoring erection & commissioning of machines & equipments and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
Ü Monitoring installation & commissioning as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities; planning & effectuating maintenance plans for machines and equipments.
Ü Conducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps & take corrective measures so as to reduce equipment downtime & maximize plant availability.
Ü Controlling and checking quality, plan and schedule documents for effective completion of the projects.
