Instructions for participation in the Internal Grant Mentoring Program by the SKMCCOR
In an effort to improve support for grant submissions that will enhance the success of applications,the COR is offering a 2-step review process for NIH grant applications.
Step1 in the review is to submit the items listed below for review. Following the initial review, reviewers provide feedbackand will request the full application materials for Step 2. Please use standard NIH formatting onyour source materials.
For grants in the very early stage of development (i.e., several months prior to any submission), complete Step 1 to the best of your ability, and a small group of advisors will be convened to informally meet with the PI to discuss substantive science issues, as well as logistical concerns regarding the submission of the grant.
