INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION – ACADEMIC YEAR 2015-2016

  1. The deadline for this scholarship application is Friday, March 4th, 2016. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered. All applications should be submitted to Mr. Butler or Ms. Conwell in room 109.
  2. Only completed applications will be considered.
  3. Completed applications consist of: one letter of recommendation (from a non-relative), unofficial transcript (email Mr. Butler and he will request transcript from Ms. Chenault), typed response to essay prompt, and all questions below answered.
  4. The top 20 applicants will be selected and receive free pizza, a free homework pass in their College Readiness class, and get invited to a presentation hosted by College of Southern Nevada during advisory on Friday, March 18th, 2016.
  5. In order to be considered, applicants must turn in a neat application with all of the sections below complete before the deadline.
  6. Please come see Mr. Butler if you have any questions or concerns.
