Role Profile – Curriculum Administrator

Primary Purpose:To provide administrativesupport to delivery staff across designated academies. To ensure a high level quality of service and delivery of our promises to key stakeholders

Overview of responsibilities

  • Carry out high quality administrative dutiesin a timely manner.
  • Ensure excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Input of information onto specific College systems i.e. eILP, On-Track etc.
  • Production of curriculum documents i.e. handouts, worksheets etc.
  • Support in the completion and updating of timetable grids.
  • Supportin forums to capture, collate and feedback on learner voice.
  • Support of core curriculum functions including meetings (planning, rooming, minuting and following up actions).
  • Organise events and educational visits (quotes, bookings and the collation of documentation).
  • Monitor, schedule and record internal activities including PDRs and observations.
  • Raise purchase and hospitality orders as requested by the appropriate budget holder.
  • Maintain and submit accurate data sheets, paperwork and invoice requests.
  • Process programme proposals to generate course lists, raise purchase orders and confirm course details to partners and tutors.
  • Track the courses and invoice against targets for different funding streams.
  • Create course folders and sending relevant paperwork packs to tutors.
  • Produce and distribute course folders.
  • Produce and record of ACLS and PCDL certificates.
  • Administrative support of employability based initiatives and curriculum in the practical elements of employability and enterprise based activities.
  • Support the administration process associated with all areas of the cluster including FE, HE, Workplace Learning and commercial ventures including learning companies.
  • Support the co-ordination of competitions and celebration events to establish enterprise through the academies and cluster both internally and externally.
  • Work flexibly and contribute to the professional and efficient running of the immediate and wider team.
  • Support marketing activities.
  • Accessing County and City Council websites to upload information as required
  • Assist staff in communication with all stakeholders including letters, mailshots, noticeboards and online resources (including Moodle and other web based platforms).
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a high quality service.
