Terms & Conditions

·  All interested parties/firms are requested to participate in the auction through sealed bid(s).

·  The items can be inspected from November 4,5 & 6, 2015 during 9:00 a.m. to 02:00 pm at IMSciences.

·  Bids must be made for each lot separately.

·  The interested bidder are required to submit duly filled bid form along with copy of CNIC, and a pay order/bank draft in original amounting to Rs. 5,000/- for each lot and for Vehicle amounting to Rs. 20,000/- in the name of Director, Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar as earnest money (refundable) to participate in the bid.

·  Sealed bids should reach to the office of the undersigned through registered post or courier on or before November 17th,2015 till 10:00 a.m.

·  Bids would be opened on 17th November 2015 at 11:00 a.m.in the Committee Room in the presence of interested parties.

·  The successful bidder shall have to deposit 100% of the offered price/bid in cash on spot, failing which would result in forfeiture of Rs. 5,000/- and for Vehicle amounting to Rs. 20,000/- earnest money.

·  The successful bidder would remove the auctioned lots from the site on the same day at his own cost.

·  Earnest money of 2nd highest bidder will be returned as soon as the whole amount of the bid is received to the Institute.

·  Applicable taxes would be deducted as per government rules.

·  Taxes would be over and above the bid price of the lots.

·  IMSciences reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason thereof.
