1.  The Company is desirous for Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) to issue a business debit card (the “Debit Cards”) to the following authorized persons.

2.  OCBC requires the Company to submit a duly completed application form under the terms of which the Company will agree, inter alia, to the deduction of the transactions entered into through the Debit Card directly from its deposit account no. INSERT DEPOSIT ACCOUNT NUMBER with OCBC.

IT WAS RESOLVED:

1.  A copy of the duly completed Application Form to be submitted to OCBC for processing, including the limits specified therein (a copy is produced before the directors) be and is hereby approved.

2.  Any Director of the Company be and is hereby authorised on behalf of the Company to execute the Application Form, Logo Submission Form (if applicable), any forms, notices, instruments and all documents in connection with, incidental or ancillary to the issuance of the Debit Card(s) and to approve any amendment, alteration or modification to the same and to give effect to all other matters referred to in these resolutions.
