In the event that a third party is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferrable license by Mestek or a subsidiary or Mestek to use BIM the third party accepts the terms of use contained herein as well as the following terms:
- The BIM information may be amended from time to time without notice.
- The BIM information may not be modified (reversed engineered, decompiled, adapted or disassembled) by any third party without the expressed written permission of Mestek or its subsidiaries.
- The BIM information is proprietary to Mestekand its subsidiaries and may not be disseminated without the expressed written permission of Mestek or its subsidiaries.
- The BIM information contains no warranties and is AS IS/WHERE IS.
