  6. Proceed with plan for Spring pilot testing
  7. Questions on plan for delivering course outline?
  8. Will there be an instructor guide?
  9. That is part of manual. Manual is about how to put on the course.
  10. I’m not familiar with Blackboard/Digital Chalk?
  11. Blackboard is for live delivery, Digital Chalk is for delivery of static content
  12. Blackboard is good for longer-term delivery, video and audio conferencing, discussion boards, break-out groups
  13. HHS (not sure which agency) has contract w/Blackboard
  14. Progress of workgroups
  15. Have had 1-2 meetings with each group. How has it been going in Nancy and Holly’s opinions?
  16. Going well. Some folks are a little quiet, but moving forward.
  17. Take attendance at start of call. Have team directly identify selves.
  18. Ask specific people for feedback so everyone contributes – or at least get concurrence from all.
  19. Once people get used to format may feel more comfortable contributing.

  21. Yes. Recording function. Ability to share docs.
  22. Make sure on future calls docs are up on screen for all to see and follow along with.
  23. Holly and Nancy will not be able to make every call.
  24. Put programmatic decisions in queue and email Holly and Nancy.
  25. Still on track for o piloting in March/April
  26. Need to include WG leaders on core group calls yet?
  27. Not yet. Maybe at end of August. They may have feedback.
  28. WG 1 seems to be at different place with need to know vs. nice to know.
  29. All groups have been invited to sit in on other groups, but no one has done so yet. All materials are available to everyone.
  30. Group leaders, at a minimum, should look at notes from all groups and see what others are doing. Make sure all leaders are on emails where call notes are sent.
  31. Laura will be taking a position with a new company and Basla will be taking over as Curriculum and Instruction Manager.
  32. Other items
