Information for Campers

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE- Please arrive and pitch anytime from midday and check in at the bar after 6pm. If you arrive at a timewhen the bar is closed, please pitch and then register at the first available opportunity. You will beallocated a pitch if you have booked an electric hook-up and at busy times, otherwise you are free tochoose your own pitch. Please leave at least 6 meters between units. Please vacate yourpitch by 11am latest on the day of departure. Parking next to your pitch is for one vehicle only. Additional vehicles must use the main carpark. Please consider your neighbour’s access when parking at your pitch. We are a family site therefore NO NOISE or VEHICLE MOVEMENT after 11pm.

SAFETY - For your own safety, and the safety of all other guests, WE DO NOT ALLOWOPEN FIRESin the campingor caravanning fieldsat any time. BBQs must NEVERbe left unattended. Please use the bricks provided asa base for disposable BBQSto avoid damage to the grass.

IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE LEAVE THE CAMPSITE IMMEDIATELY, RAISE THE ALARM AND MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE FIRE ASSEMBLY POINT IN THE CAR PARK.

Your safety is our concern but YOURresponsibility. Due to the nature of the site and the surroundinglandscape, children MUST be supervised at all times, including in and around the toilet block, river and lake area. Be mindful of the sometimes busy road.

RUBBISH- Pleaseuse the correct bins provided, replacing the lid to keep the local wildlife out! (Green Bin for Cardboard only).Bins areprovided for the disposal of normal daily camping rubbish only. DO NOT PUT HOT COALS IN ANY RUBBISH BIN. Please take any large or bulkyunwanted camping equipment home with you. Charges will apply for any bulky items left. Recycling facilities can be found at the Pentrefoelascar park, about a mile away on the A5.

Chemical toilet disposal facilities are provided next to the toilet block. Please leave this areaclean and tidy for the next user.

The shower rooms and toilets are checked on a regular basis,please inform us if you find anythingamiss. Please remember to switch the heater and the lights offand leave the rooms clean and tidyfor the next user.

Unfortunately we do not have a separate wash up area at present, but we will be more than happy to supply a bowl of hot soapywater from the pub kitchen during normal opening hours. Should you require laundry services, please ask at the bar and we will be happy to provide this service to you.

Dogs must be kept on a lead and under close control at all times. Please take extra care near theadjacent sheep fields. Please clear up after your dog straight away. Mess bags are available fromthe bar. Dogs are welcome in the Public Bar and Games Room. Dogs are not allowed in theRestaurant or Lounge bar at any time.

There is a well-stocked shop at Pentrefoelas.

Any problems must be reported to the bar as soon as possible. We can also be contacted at the cottage or on 07725 614853.
