Conference information
The 5th International Conference on Renewable Energy Gas Technology will be held at the Radisson BLU hotel, Toulouse, France, 3-4 May 2018. The conference is organized by Institute for Biogas, Waste Management & Energy and Renewable Energy Technology International AB.
The conference covers the latest advances in bio-, electro- and thermochemical conversion of biomass/waste to biomethane, CHP, industrial use and cryogenic upgrading and/or liquefaction. The technical and industrial focus of the conference ensures a good mix of both scientific R&D and real life experiences of operating demo and commercial plants. The targetswith the conference areto showcase the latest advances, to spark new insights and ideas as well as to establish cooperation and commercial contacts. Target group for the conference are primarily actors who work with biomethane through anaerobic digestion, biomass gasification and Power-to-gas such as technology developers and suppliers, gas distributors, energy companies, filling station operators, municipalities, local waste management companies, captive fleet operators, farmers, researchers, consultants, decision makers and politicians.
Presentations will be given in both plenary and parallel sessions by leading experts and prominent industrial representatives. In addition there will be a poster session, an exhibition and Network Plus (scheduled B2B meetings).

Information about exhibition
The exhibition will take place on the3-4 May 2018. Coffee will be served in the exhibition area to give plenty of time for all conference participants to see the exhibition.
The exhibitor fee is 1,500euro (excl. VAT) and includes:
-Free participation at conference including coffee/lunches, the gala dinner and a printed copy of the conference proceedings for two people.
-Each company that signs up for the exhibition will be given an area of 1.5x 1.5 m. If more space is needed, each additional 1.5 x 1.5 mcosts300 € (excl. VAT).
-Exhibitor´s logotype including a web link will be presented at the conference website.
-Table (120 x 45 x 75 cm) and a chair can be borrowed free of charge.
-Electricity (bring your own extension cord) and cleaning
Loyalty discount and specific requests

The exhibitor fee will be invoiced when the signed exhibitor form below is received.In case the conference is cancelled 80% of the exhibitor fee will be refunded.
