InfoLogix Hires Former COO of SAP AmericasandCOO

of Neoware, Eric Rubino, as its Chief Operating Officer

Veteran IT Industry Leader Joins InfoLogix to Support Accelerated Growth and Further Company’s Market Position as a Leading Provider of Enterprise Mobility Solutions

HATBORO, PA – November 27, 2007 – InfoLogix, Inc.(NASDAQ: IFLG), a leading technology provider of enterprise mobility solutions for the healthcare and commercial industries, announced today that it has hired seasoned IT industry executive Eric Rubino as its Chief Operating Officer. Over his 25-year career, Mr. Rubino has held senior leadership positions withground-breaking innovators andglobal information technology leaders, managing thousands of employees and an enterprise generating over $3 billion in revenue.

Mr. Rubino joins InfoLogix from Neoware, a pioneer in thin client computing, where he was responsible for operations, customer service, engineering, information technology, administration, and human resources. On October 1, 2007, Hewlett-Packard completed its acquisition of Neoware, which is being integrated into HP’s Personal Systems Group.

Prior to Neoware, Mr. Rubino was COO of SAP Americas, a subsidiary of SAP AG, the world's largest business software company and the third-largest independent software supplier overall. A member of SAP's senior management team since 1991, he contributed to SAP Americas’ growth during that period from approximately $5million to more than $3 billion in revenue. At SAP,Mr. Rubinomanaged a wide range of operational departments, including the small and medium business channel, customer service and support, new business development, information technology, legal, contracts, application hosting, strategic alliances, purchasing, facilities, and risk management.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Rubinoheld management positions with RCA, GE and Bell Atlantic. He holds a J.D., an MBA in Finance, a B.S. in Marketing, and is a member of the American Bar Association.
