INTERFACE 2015 - Math/Science/Technology
Dear Potential Exhibitor:
On behalf of the Missouri Council of Teachers of Mathematics (MCTM) and the Science Teachers of Missouri (STOM), I invite you to consider exhibiting your products and/or services at the 2015 Interface Professional Learning Event for K-12 teachers. The event will be held at the Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri.
There will be two (2) parts to the conference: Interface A (February 19-21, 2015) for grades K-6 and Interface B (February 22-24, 2015) for grades 7-12. Again this year, exhibits will be housedin Salon A on the main level. Included in this mailing you will find an exhibitor schedule, a commercial exhibitor application form, and a non-profit exhibitor application form.
Please note that exhibitors are expected to be on-site and are responsible for monitoring their booths during open exhibit hours. STOM, MCTM, the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, and Tan-Tar-A Resort are not responsible for loss or damage occurring at unattended booths.
If you wish to be considered as an exhibitor for Interface A and/or Interface B, please complete and return the enclosed application form along with payment to the address below by February 1, 2015. (Note: There are separate forms for profit and non-profit exhibitors).

Because there are a large number of exhibitors and organizations that wish to participate at the Interface Conference, please notify me immediately should you need to cancel so we can assign someone from the waiting list. Cancellations made after February 1, 2015 will forfeit theirexhibitor fees.
